Which courier will my order come with?
Orders are dispatched through Yodel on a fully tracked express service. Deliveries are made Monday – Saturday from 7am to 9pm (Residential deliveries on a Saturday only). Email or SMS notification will be send confirming a tracking number and further delivery updates. Orders can be tracked on the following link. If you are out when a delivery is attempted two further delivery attempts will be made before the parcel will need to be collected from a local depot.
Can orders be left in a safe place by the courier?
Orders can be left at a nominated safe place (neighbour, shed, porch, etc.). Please detail this to one of our customer service team when placing an order over the phone or in the ‘Add a note to your order’ section during the checkout process online. Although box orders are plastic wrapped we do advise that nominated places are protected from the elements to help avoid unwanted damage.
How is the order packaged?
Cardboard box orders come flat packed and wrapped in a durable plastic wrap to help avoid damage and protect against the elements. As above we can’t guarantee this makes packages 100% watertight so suggest any safe place requested for an order to be left is protected from the elements. The plastic is 100% recyclable!
How can I place an order?
We do encourage customers to place orders on our online store but are more than happy to take orders and talk all things boxes over the phone. Our customer service line is open seven days a week Mon- Sat: 9am – 5pm, Sun: 10am – 4pm on 01226 388 889.
I have an issue with my order, what do I do?
We are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t right with your order please don’t hesitate to get in touch and will ensure the issue gets quickly resolved. For our full refund policy please visit our delivery and refunds page.
Are your boxes sustainable?
We believe in being proactive on environmental issues, using close partnerships with suppliers we are proud to offer cardboard products that are made just down the road from us in Yorkshire from 100% recycled materials and use couriers that are committed to reducing carbon omissions. Although once used all our boxes can be recycled we encourage our customers to store and reuse boxes as much as possible.
Can I buy boxes in bulk or to the trade?
We are always eager to talk to individuals and businesses about bulk orders. Whether you are after a one off pallet of boxes for a large move or an on-going contract to supply regular boxes for your business - we can accommodate most requests. Perhaps you’d like a box in a specific size or customizing with your businesses branding, it is all possible.
