We keep delivery really simple.
Free Express Next Day Delivery
Order before 4pm for fast next day* delivery (Monday-Saturday) free of charge**.
* Saturday deliveries to residential addresses only. Business orders placed before 4pm on a Friday will be dispatched for following Monday delivery. All order placed from 4pm onwards on a Friday to 4pm on a Monday will be dispatched on the Monday for next day delivery.
**Due to some locations delivery can take slightly longer. If you live in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or the Scottish Highlands please allow an additional 24 hours for delivery.
Once orders are dispatched you will receive an email or text notification which will also contain your Yodel tracking number. You can track a Yodel order on the following link: Track an Order

If you have missed the 4pm next day delivery cut off time by a few minutes please call our customer service team and we can do our best to get an order out to you that day!
We are passionate about all things cardboard and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase but if a refund is necessary we do have a simple returns procedure to follow:
If your item(s) has arrived and it’s not quite what you wanted you can of course look to send this back. You must contact our customer care team within 14 working days from delivery of your order to gain a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) This is a 4 digit number which would need to be included on the outside of the box when sending your item(s) back. Please note we cannot accept any item back without an RAN. Refunds are processed within 14 working days from receipt of the return.
We will refund delivery cost, if any, of getting the goods to you in the first place, however the return postage will be at your cost.
We take steps when dispatching cardboard box orders to minimise damage in transit but unfortunately accidents can happen! We are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if your order does arrive damaged please let our customer service team know within 7 days of receipt of the order. We can then take the necessary steps to replace the damaged goods.
